The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.400.380 which authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules and regulations promulgating standards governing the administration of the shared leave program which permits sharing of annual and sick leave by school district and educational service district employees and sharing of personal holiday by educational service district employees.
