Section 392-121-299. Determination of district average certificated instructional staff salary for the purpose of apportionment.

- Each school district's or charter school's average certificated instructional staff salary for the purpose of apportioning state general fund moneys to school districts pursuant to RCW 28A.150.250 and 28A.150.260 shall be determined by the superintendent of public instruction as provided in the biennial Operating Appropriations Act using definitions and procedures provided in this chapter.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.150.290 and 28A.710.220.
