Section 392-121-249. Definition—Accredited institution of higher education.

  • As used in this chapter, "accredited institution of higher education" means a community college, college, or university which is accredited, or is a candidate for accreditation, by one of the regional accrediting associations, pursuant to WAC 181-78A-010(6), or by the distance education and training council, pursuant to WAC 181-78A-010(7).
