Section 392-117-025. Superintendent of public instruction reporting responsibilities.

The superintendent of public instruction shall provide each district with necessary report formats and shall advise each district of the due dates established by the superintendent for the return of such completed report forms to the educational service districts or to the superintendent of public instruction.
