Section 392-109-095. Election committee—Appointment and composition.

- The superintendent of public instruction shall annually appoint a three member election committee and at least one alternate who shall serve thereon in the absence of a regular member of the election committee. Counting of votes cast at elections conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be supervised by the superintendent of public instruction or his or her designee and the election committee.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 28A.305 RCW and 2005 c 497.
