Section 392-109-077. Withdrawal of candidacy.

- Any candidate may withdraw his or her declaration of candidacy by delivering a written, signed and notarized statement of withdrawal to the superintendent of public instruction on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date included on the election timeline.
