Section 391-55-150. Vacancies.

- If any person serving in an impartial capacity in dispute resolution proceedings under the jurisdiction of the commission should resign, die, withdraw, refuse or be unable to serve, or should be or become disqualified to perform the duties of the office, the executive director shall declare the office vacant.
