Section 391-25-229. Special provision—Symphony musicians.

In addition to the information required by WAC 391-25-220, an employer of symphony musicians who are seeking to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining must, upon request, provide the executive director with financial information that establishes the agency's jurisdiction over the employer.
