Section 391-08-040. Appearance and practice before agency—Former employee as witness.

  • Except upon the express written consent of the commission, no former member of the commission, former employee of the agency or former member of the attorney general's staff assigned to represent the agency shall, at any time after severing his or her employment with the agency or with the attorney general, appear as a witness on behalf of any party in connection with any case or proceeding which was pending before the agency during the time of his or her employment with the agency.
