Section 391-08-010. Appearance and practice before agency—Who may appear—Notice of appearance.

- (1) No person may appear in a representative capacity before the agency other than the following:(a) Attorneys at law duly qualified and entitled to practice before the supreme court of the state of Washington;(b) Attorneys at law duly qualified and entitled to practice before the highest court of record of any other state, if the attorneys at law of the state of Washington are permitted to appear in a representative capacity before administrative agencies of such other state, and if not otherwise prohibited by our state law;(c) A bona fide officer, employee or other authorized representative of: (i) Any employer subject to the jurisdiction of the agency, (ii) any labor or employee organization, or (iii) individual.(2) Except where the information is already listed in the agency's docket records for the particular case, a person appearing in a representative capacity shall file and serve a notice of appearance listing the representative's name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28B.52.080, 41.56.090, 41.58.050, 41.59.110, 41.76.060, 41.80.080.
