Section 390-24-105. Definition—Written sworn statement.

- The term written, sworn statement for the purposes of RCW 42.17A.700(6) shall mean a statement prepared by the elected official or candidate written and sworn to as to truth and accuracy to his best and actual knowledge or belief, of the candidate or elected official.[Statutory Authority: RCW 42.17A.110.
