Section 390-20-027. Definition—State elected official, candidate for state office.

- For the purposes of reporting by employers of registered lobbyists pursuant to RCW 42.17A.630, the terms "state elected official" and "candidate for state office" shall include governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, state auditor, commissioner of public lands, insurance commissioner, secretary of state, superintendent of public instruction, state treasurer, state senator and state representative.[Statutory Authority: RCW 42.17A.110.
