Section 390-20-018. Lobbyist voluntary registration.

- A person, exempt from registration under RCW 42.17A.600, who voluntarily registers as a lobbyist, shall not be required to file the reports required by RCW 42.17A.615.The employer of any voluntarily registered lobbyist shall not be required to file the reports provided in RCW 42.17A.630.[Statutory Authority: RCW 42.17A.110.
