Section 390-18-027. Medium that does not include a visual image.

(1) For electioneering communications identifying sponsors and top five contributors as required by RCW 42.17A.320 a "medium that does not include a visual image" means radio.

(2) For independent expenditures identifying sponsors and top five contributors as required by RCW 42.17A.320 a "medium that does not include a visual image" means radio or telephone transmissions.
