Section 390-17-071. Collective bargaining association—Definition.

"Collective bargaining association" and "collective bargaining organization" as those terms are used in RCW 42.17A.455 means any organization which negotiates, on behalf of labor or management, with respect to wages, hours or conditions of employment.
