Section 390-05-010. Purpose.

The purpose of these regulations is to implement the provisions of chapter 42.17A RCW (Initiative 276), hereinafter referred to as the Public Disclosure Act or act, by declaring the policies of the commission, particularly with regard to the interpretation and enforcement of the act by the commission.
