Section 388-97-4300. Licensed bed capacity.

Latest version.

A nursing home must not be licensed for a capacity that exceeds the number of beds permitted under:

(1) This chapter;

(2) Chapter 70.38 RCW and regulations thereunder; or

(3) Applicable local zoning, building or other such regulations.
