Section 388-96-724. Advance notice—Nursing facility component rate reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421.

- (1) The department will notify the nursing facility at least twenty-eight calendar days in advance of the effective date of a reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421.(2) A rate reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421 will be effective the first day of the month following the twenty-eight calendar day advance notice.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.46.431 (11) and (12), 74.46.800, chapter 74.46 RCW, 2004 c 276 § 913, 2001 1st sp.s. c 8.
