  • In making an eligibility decision, DVR does not consider your:
    (1) Type of disability;
    (2) Age, gender, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation;
    (3) Rehabilitation needs;
    (4) Type of employment outcome you expect to achieve;
    (5) Source of referral;
    (6) Anticipated cost of services;
    (7) Income.
