  • DVR uses equipment, devices or other services you need to understand and respond to information. Methods DVR can use to communicate with you include, but are not limited to, the use of:
    (1) Interpreters;
    (2) Readers;
    (3) Captioned videos;
    (4) Telecommunications devices and services;
    (5) Taped text;
    (6) Braille and large print materials; and
    (7) Electronic formats.
