Section 388-891-0355. How is the amount I pay for VR services determined?

After completing the financial statement, you and a DVR counselor agree how to use the resources identified on the financial statement to help pay for VR services. The costs you agree to pay are documented on the individualized plan for employment (IPE). If your financial status changes, you are required to report the changes to your DVR counselor.
