Section 388-891-0260. After I submit a request for a fair hearing, when is it held?

The office of administrative hearings holds a fair hearing within sixty days of receipt of your written request for a hearing, unless you or DVR ask for a later hearing date and the office of administrative hearings determines there is a reasonable cause for the delay.
