Section 388-845-3020. Who can be the respondent for the waiver respite assessment?

  • The respondent for your waiver respite assessment must be an adult who is well acquainted with you and can provide the information needed to complete the assessment, such as your primary caregiver.
    (1) You cannot be the respondent for your own respite assessment.
    (2) The department may select and interview additional respondents as needed to get complete and accurate information.
