Section 388-845-1660. Are there limitations to the sexual deviancy evaluations you can receive?

(1) Clinical and support needs for sexual deviancy evaluations are limited to those identified in your DDA assessment and documented in the person-centered service plan/individual support plan. Sexual deviancy evaluations must meet the standards contained in WAC 246-930-320.

(2) Sexual deviancy evaluations require prior approval by the DDA regional administrator or designee.

(3) The costs of sexual deviancy evaluations do not count toward the dollar limits for aggregate services in the basic plus waivers or the annual allocation in the IFS waiver.
