Section 388-845-1655. Who is a qualified provider of sexual deviancy evaluations?

- The provider of sexual deviancy evaluations must:(1) Be a certified sexual offender treatment provider (SOTP); and(2) Meet the standards contained in WAC 246-930-030 (education required prior to certification) and WAC 246-930-040 (professional experience required prior to examination).[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and 2012 c 49.
