Section 388-845-0755. Who are qualified providers of community transition services?

(1) Providers of community transition services for individuals in the core waiver must meet the requirements as a provider of residential habilitation services contained in WAC 388-845-1505.

(2) Providers of community transition services for individuals in the community protection waiver must meet the requirements as a provider of residential habilitation services contained in WAC 388-845-1510.
