Section 388-845-0610. Are there limits to community access services I can receive?

- The following limits apply to your receipt of community access services:(1) You cannot receive community access services if you are receiving prevocational or supported employment services.(2) The maximum hours of community access services you may receive are determined by the DDA assessment per WAC 388-828-9310.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and 2012 c 49.
