Section 388-845-0510. Are there limits to the behavior support and consultation you can receive?

- (1) Clinical and support needs for behavior support and consultation are identified in your DDA assessment and documented in the person-centered service plan/individual support plan.(2) DDA and the treating professional will determine the need and amount of service you will receive, subject to the limitations in subsection (3) of this section.(3) The dollar amounts for aggregate services in your basic plus waiver or the dollar amounts in the annual allocation for the IFS waiver limit the amount of service unless provided as a behavioral health stabilization service.(4) DDA reserves the right to require a second opinion from a department-selected provider.(5) Behavior support and consultation not provided as a behavioral health stabilization service requires prior approval by the DDA regional administrator or designee.[Statutory Authority: 2014 c 139, 2014 c 166, 2015 3rd sp.s. c 4, RCW 71A.12.030, and 71A.12.120.
