Section 388-845-0420. Who is a qualified provider of assistive technology?

- The provider of assistive technology must be an entity contracted with DDA to provide assistive technology, or one of the following professionals contracted with DDA and duly licensed, registered or certified to provide this service:(1) Occupational therapist;(2) Physical therapist;(3) Speech and language pathologist;(4) Certified music therapist;(5) Recreation therapist registered in Washington and certified by the national council for therapeutic recreation;(6) Audiologist;(7) Behavior specialist; or(8) Rehabilitation counselor.[Statutory Authority: 2014 c 139, 2014 c 166, 2015 3rd sp.s. c 4, RCW 71A.12.030, and 71A.12.120.
