Section 388-835-0870. What if the court asks DSHS to recommend a receiver's compensation?

- If asked for a recommendation regarding receiver compensation by the court, DSHS must consider the:(1) Range of compensation for private ICF/ID facility managers;(2) Experience and training of the receiver;(3) Size, location, and current condition of the facility; and(4) Additional factors considered appropriate.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and 44.04.280.
