Section 388-835-0710. How does DSHS use field audit results?

Latest version.

DSHS can use the field audit results to recalculate the provider's return on equity rate for the reported rate period. Any payments received by the provider in excess of the return on equity rate must be refunded to DSHS as part of the settlement procedure established in WAC 388-835-0720.
