Section 388-835-0700. What if a provider's cost report covers a period shorter than twelve months?
Latest version.
- If a provider's cost report covers less than a twelve-month period, annual resident days are estimated by using the actual resident days reported by the provider. The provider will then be paid a prospective rate per resident day. The prospective rate will either be the rate per resident day calculated in WAC 388-835-0010 or two dollars per resident day whichever is less.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.20.140.
