Section 388-835-0685. How is the property rate component computed?

Latest version.

(1) The property rate component reimburses an ICF/ID facility for the necessary and ordinary costs of leases, depreciation, and interest.

(2) It is the facility's most recent desk-reviewed cost per resident day.
