Section 388-835-0650. Are all management fees allowable?

- Providers must limit the amount of allowable fees for general management services (including corporate management fees, business entity management fees, board of director fees and overhead and indirect costs associated with providing general management services) to:(1) The maximum allowable compensation for a licensed administrator and, if the facility has at least eighty set-up beds, an assistant administrator even if one is not employed minus the actual compensation received by the licensed administrator and assistant administrator.(2) The maximum allowable compensation for a QIDP at a ICF/ID facilities with fifteen beds or fewer, minus the actual compensation received by the QIDP.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and 44.04.280.
