Section 388-835-0395. How must a facility maintain resident property records?

- (1) A facility must maintain a current, written record for each resident that includes written receipts for all personal property entrusted to the facility by the resident.(2) All property records must be available to the resident or designated resident representative (see WAC 388-835-0380).(3) A facility must issue or obtain written receipts when taking possession or disposing of a resident's personal property.
