Section 388-832-0366. What limitations apply to emergency services?

- (1) Emergency services may be granted to individuals and families who are on the IFS wait list and have an emergent need.(2) Funds are provided for a limited period not to exceed ninety days.(3) All requests are reviewed and approved or denied by the regional administrator or designee.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.30 [71A.12.030], 71A.12.040, and Title 71A RCW.
