- Behavior management is the development and implementation of programs designed to support the client using positive behavioral techniques. Behavior management programs help the client decrease aggressive, destructive, sexually inappropriate or other behaviors that compromises the client's ability to remain in the family home, and develop strategies for effectively relating to caregivers and other people in the client's life.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030, 71A.12.040, and 2007 c 283.
