Section 388-832-0250. What are transportation services?

Transportation services are reimbursements to a provider when the transportation is required and specified in the individual support plan. This service is available for all IFS program services if the cost and responsibility for transportation is not already included in your provider's contract and payment.

(1) Transportation provides you access to IFS program services specified by your individual support plan.

(2) Whenever possible you must use family, neighbors, friends, or community agencies that can provide this service without charge.
