Section 388-832-0166. How are excess medical costs paid?

- (1) Excess medical costs may be paid directly to a DDD contracted provider or reimbursed to a family member who has an individual and family services contract with the division of developmental disabilities if receipts are received within ninety days from the date of service.(2) Skilled nursing services are paid to the DSHS contracted nurse directly.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.30 [71A.12.030], 71A.12.040, and Title 71A RCW.
