Section 388-832-0135. How may my family use its IFS program allocation?

Your IFS program allocation is available to pay for any of the services listed in WAC 388-832-0140 if:

(1) The service need relates to your disability, and

(2) The need is identified in your DDD assessment and identified on your ISP.
