Section 388-832-0128. When is the individual support plan effective?

- (1) For an initial individual support plan, the plan is effective the date DDD signs and approves the plan based on a signature or verbal consent.(2) For a reassessment, amendment or review of the individual support plan, the plan is effective the date DDD signs and approves it after a signature or verbal consent is obtained.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.30 [71A.12.030], 71A.12.040, and Title 71A RCW.
