Section 388-832-0024. If I participate in the IFS program, will I be eligible for services through the DDD home and community based services (HCBS) waiver?

(1) If you participate in the IFS program you may not participate in the DDD HCBS waiver.

(2) You may request enrollment in a DDD HCBS waiver at any time per WAC 388-845-0050.

(3) Participation in the IFS program will not affect your potential waiver eligibility.
