  • Criminal convictions and pending charges that disqualify overnight planned respite services providers and their employees and volunteers from working with individuals with a developmental disability are listed in chapter 388-113 WAC. Individuals employed by overnight planned respite services providers who receive a DSHS background check with disqualifying results are prohibited from any access to DDA clients.
