Section 388-829R-025. What requirements must an agency meet to contract with DDA to provide overnight planned respite services?

- To be eligible to contract with DDA to provide overnight planned respite services, an agency:(1) Must be certified by the DDA to perform the duties of overnight planned respite service;(2) Must be approved as a contractor by the department; and(3) Providing respite to more than one client per respite home is prohibited.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030, 71A.12.120, and 2015 3rd sp.s. c 4.
