Section 388-829C-450. What happens if the companion home provider is found to be out of compliance?

If an evaluation finds the companion home provider out of compliance with any part of this chapter or the DDD contract, the provider and DDD must develop a corrective action plan.

(1) The corrective action plan must:

(a) Outline methods for the provider to comply with the required corrections; and

(b) Provide a time frame for the provider to complete the corrective actions.
