Section 388-829A-310. What if the alternative living provider no longer wants to provide services to a client?

  • When an alternative living provider no longer wants to provide services to a client, the provider must:
    (1) Give at least two weeks notice to:
    (a) The client;
    (b) The client's legal representative; and
    (c) DDD.
    (2) If an emergency occurs and services must be terminated immediately, the provider must give immediate notice to DDD, the client and the client's representative.
