Section 388-829A-310. What if the alternative living provider no longer wants to provide services to a client?

- When an alternative living provider no longer wants to provide services to a client, the provider must:(1) Give at least two weeks notice to:(a) The client;(b) The client's legal representative; and(c) DDD.(2) If an emergency occurs and services must be terminated immediately, the provider must give immediate notice to DDD, the client and the client's representative.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.30 [71A.12.030] and Title 71A RCW.
