Section 388-829A-140. What training must be completed before becoming an alternative living provider?

- Before DDD may issue an alternative living contract, the prospective provider must:(1) Obtain CPR/first-aid certification;(2) Successfully complete bloodborne pathogens training with HIV/Aids information; and(3) Receive contract orientation and client specific training from DDD.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.30 [71A.12.030] and Title 71A RCW.
