Section 388-829-0077. Who must take agency orientation?

The following individuals must complete safety training before providing care under indirect supervision:

(1) All nonexempt LTCWs hired after December 31, 2015, who do not currently hold a safety certificate as described in RCW 18.88B.041.

(2) Volunteers who will have direct support duties.
