Section 388-829-0045. Who must complete the seventy-five hour basic training?

The following people must complete the seventy-five hours of training as described:

(1) Nonexempt employees hired as a new employee to work for CRSB agencies as a LTCW.

(2) Anyone who wants to complete the home care aid certification process.
