- The DDD caregiver status acuity scale consists of six questions that must be answered by your primary caregiver. Scores for each question are determined based on your primary caregiver's response for each question.(1) Overall, how stressed do you feel in caring for the client?(2) Other care giving for persons who are disabled, seriously ill, or under age 5?(3) Factors that make it hard to be a caregiver for client?(4) How much do these things impact your ability to care for the client?(5) Is the client creating significant stress on other household members?(6) How long do you expect to continue providing care?[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and Title 71A RCW.
